We are now in our second year as 3 Spires Learning! The first year was
fantastic and we worked with a number of new clients. As usual
Performance Management has been a key theme with a number of clients.
Negotiation Skills was also of interest to a number of companies and
courses were delivered in a number of countries across the world
including Singapore, Russia, Sweden, Holland and Ireland - not mention
the UK.

Our latest project is with an organisation that respresents one of the
professions and we've been asked to run a series of workshops to help
move the culture to one
of empowerment and personal accountability rather than the existing
blame culture.
