Do you hear this sort of thing?
  • Why do we have to go through all this change?
  • When is someone going to train me?
  • Who did that? Who dropped the ball?
  • When is that department going to do its job right?
  • Who's going to solve the problem?
  • Who's going to set my objectives for me?
  • They don't give me any feedback?
When people start taking personal accountability they will ask questions like:
  • How can I adapt to a changing world?
  • What can I do to develop myself?
  • What can I do to confirm what's expected of me?
  • How can I get more feedback from my customers?
  • How can I help?
  • What can I do to help that department work better?
  • What can I do to understand other people's challenges and frustrations?
  • How can I become part of the solution?
