"The greatest benefit has been the realisation that as a manager I do not have to have all the answers. This is particularly relevant since I was promoted from a technical role and it was becoming increasingly difficult to answer the technical questions. The coaching tools on the course have provided the solution in that by coaching my staff on the technical issues, they find their own solutions, leaving me with more time to be proactive in the management of the department, i.e. provides me with the necessary free time to ensure that my employees have all the support they need."
