3 Spires Learning has over 20 years experience in the design and delivery of creative and innovative learning solutions to address real business issues. These solutions enable organisations to make step changes in their culture and performance. Recent programmes include Personal Accountability and Decision Making for Centrica, Operational Management, Coaching for Performance, Mentoring and Managing My Performance. We've also delivered programmes on Negotiation Skills to a range of clients around the world and have experience working in Singapore, Moscow, Sweden and Holland as well as the UK and Ireland. We have a particular interest in interventions that challenge managers and employees to move away from the blame culture.
