The company was established in 2006 and is based in Lichfield, Staffordshire. We've worked extensively in the United Kingdom and have delivered projects around the world including projects in Singapore, Russia, Sweden, Holland and Ireland

We specialise in Leadership and Management Development for Team Leaders, supervisors and First Line Management. We have developed our principles of Management programme to ensure that learning is transfered to the work place and that participants make real changes to how they operate and the culture that they create for their team and company. Investment in the Principles of Management programme generates real business benefits.

Our programme is accredited by Staffordshire University and on successful completion participants are awarded an Advanced University Diploma in Leadership and Management.
