Leadership & Management Courses

Leadership & Management Training Course - Performance Coaching Course - "Leadership Coaching". Coaching, is much more than a set of techniques: it’s a state of mind; a way of being and of relating to others. To coach successfully you need to understand human behaviour; both your own and that of those around you. You need to know when to coach and when to use other leadership styles and what they are. Coaching is the dynamic and interactive process of assisting others in reaching their goals. It involves “unlocking a person’s potential to maximise his or her own performance.”

"Leadership Coaching"

“So, Whats This Course About?”

The need to lead people and teams effectively is becoming increasingly important given modern day staffing levels, and coaching is seen as one of the key skills in a managers toolbox.

Coaching, however is much more than a set of techniques: it’s a state of mind; a way of being and of relating to others.

The prime aim of this programme is to develop the passion to turn coaching into a Leadership habit by showing delegates how coaching can help them quickly and easily develop others; therefore freeing up time to do more of what they are supposed to be doing.

Following this session an individual will be able to more effectively use different leadership styles and in particular coaching and communication skills.

“Unlock the full potential of yourself and others”

“What Are The Objectives Of This Course?”

  • For delegates to significantly deepen their knowledge of coaching and the non-directive coaching relationship.
  • To give delegates the opportunity to try out their coaching skills in light of their new knowledge.
  • To develop non-directive coaching skills.
  • For delegates to know how to develop people.
