Pre-course

  • There will be a three hour session with the team leader / manager to understand, create and agree their vision of ‘what success looks like’.
  • All delegates will complete a ‘team climate’ questionnaire.

 

Day 1

Where We Are

  • Collated feedback from the team questionnaire and facilitated group discussion around 'highlights' and 'lowlights'.

 

Team Purpose And Values

  • Why are we here, and what is our value to the organisation? What do we stand for? A creatively facilitated session to answer these key questions.

 

Where Do We Want To Be?

  • An inspiring session facilitated around the vision of success (VOS) created prior to the meeting where all delegates have the opportunity to refine the VOS to encourage engagement and buy in.

 

Team Working Model

  • A simple but highly effective model for creating and building World Beating Teams.

 

Where Do I Fit In?

  • A session to focus on the strengths of individual team members and gain clarity around the contributions that each can most effectively make.
